History of Bolaite
Since its establishment in 1999, Bolaite has focused on the design, production and sales of screw air compressors with continuous technological innovations and high-quality products and services. In 2006, Bolaite was wholly acquired by Atlas Copco Group, an air compressor supplier. With the support of the Group, Bolaite has become a famous brand in the air compressor industry in China. Inheriting the Group’s advanced technology, equipment and production management mode, Bolaite is highly praised, and its products have been widely used in many fields such as machinery, steel, mining, chemical industry, textile, automobile, environmental protection, new technology and energy.
Bolaite has a professional marketing team, a perfect agent management system and an agent business support DBS system. It employs special managerial staff to track every phase of each order in real time through the BPCS system, and uses the CRM system to manage the information and data of all authorized agents in a direct and effective way. With a sound agent training system, Bolaite can provide professional training, relevant consultation and guidance services and a complete set of solutions for compressed air systems. At present, Bolaite owns five product series, three refrigerated dryer production lines and four compressor production lines, with the power of compressor products ranging from 4.0 kW to 560 kW. Lean Production Management

The Atlas Copco airend rotors utilize the world-leading SAP profile. High machining precision for moving parts results in minimal impact and vibration, while the rotors offer high rigidity and resistance to deformation, ensuring a long service life and low internal leakage losses. Low tip speeds further demonstrate the superior level of the machine’s design and manufacturing. The Atlas airend delivers exceptional efficiency; optimized screw tip speeds enable energy savings of over 15% compared to similar products on the market.

Atlas Copco airend rotors are ground using CNC 5-axis rotor grinders, achieving high surface precision and excellent surface finish. This results in minimal inter-lobe clearances and reduced leakage between lobes.
Following machining, Atlas Copco airend rotors undergo quantitative inspection using CNC rotor profile measuring instruments; by comparing the actual rotors against theoretical profiles and verifying deviations, the company became the first in the world to implement quantitative inspection for rotor tooth profiles.
Inter-lobe meshing clearances are also quantitatively measured using CNC meshing clearance inspection instruments, ensuring minimal clearance and reduced leakage between lobes.
