The Bolaite BLD 15-2000 A/W Refrigerated Air Dryers is a reliable, cost effective and easy to use solution. The BLD series offers a pressure dew point as low as 3-7 °C for a wide range of applications and industries. The dryer can be used at different pressures and consumes hardly any processed compressed air.
Compressed air contains oil, solid particles and water vapors. Together, they form an abrasive, often acidic, oily sludge. Without air treatment, this murky mix will enter the compressed air system, corroding pipe work, damaging pneumatic tools and potentially compromising final products. To avoid condensation, compressed air must be dried.

We previously struggled with moisture in our air lines, which ruined our pneumatic paint sprayers and caused rust in our tools. We installed a BLD 15 A air-cooled refrigerated dryer to pair with our 10HP compressor. The difference is incredible. The air is perfectly dry, and our finish quality has improved dramatically. The air-cooled design was a huge selling point for us since we don’t have a water supply in our workshop. It was easy to install, and the built-in automatic drain valve means I don’t have to constantly manually drain the tank. It’s been running flawlessly for 18 months.
