LUY105-12 Compressor Introduction
Its single-stage screw air end is driven by a Yuchai YC4A125Z-T20 Tier 2 mechanical diesel engine with a rated power of 92 kW. The engine operates at a maximum speed of 2300 rpm and an unload speed of 1400 rpm. Stepless capacity regulation matches engine output to actual air demand, helping to control fuel consumption during load fluctuations. Low-speed asymmetric rotors and minimal moving parts ensure efficient compression, reduced wear, and a longer service life.
A multi-stage fuel filter with a water separator helps protect the fuel system, while a two-stage intake filter minimizes the entry of dust and dirt into the engine and compressor. Key components are housed within an anti-corrosion treated, weather-resistant canopy. Large cooling surfaces facilitate operation in hot environments, depending on the final configuration and site conditions.
Each unit is brand new. ACD provides model verification, application matching, export documentation, spare parts support, and remote technical assistance. Optional accessories—such as air pre-filters, cold-start kits, aftercoolers, or enclosure mounting—can be selected based on the specific application. The fuel tank capacity is 185 liters, and the compressor oil capacity is 26 liters. The rated noise level is 79 +/- 3 dBA (at 7 meters). Air outlets include one G1 1/2 valve and three G3/4 valves for connecting multiple pneumatic tools or air hoses. Options include a box-mounted unit for truck or skid integration, or a chassis-mounted version for towing on-site. The box-mounted unit measures 2319 x 1300 x 1556 mm and weighs approximately 1300 kg. The chassis-mounted version measures 3640 x 1790 x 1850 mm and weighs approximately 1550 kg.
