Bolaite Brand Introduction
Bolaite is a wholly-owned sub-brand of the Swedish Atlas Copco Group in China. Founded in 1999 and wholly acquired in 2006 by Atlas Copco, which has a history of more than 140 years, it strictly follows the Group’s standards in design, R&D, manufacturing, and service.

Core Performance & Energy-Saving AdvantagesThis BLT 5A-120HP A/W Air Compressor series is equipped with an Atlas Copco original screw airend and adopts a patented SAP profile design. The male and female rotors have the same diameter and rigidity, are not easily deformed, and have low internal leakage, maximizing screw compression efficiency and achieving energy savings of more than 5% compared with similar products on the market. The airend offers high machining accuracy, low vibration, and low noise. It is equipped with SKF heavy-duty bearings and high-rigidity rotors to ensure long-term stable operation and reduced energy consumption. |
Intelligent Control & Electrical SystemThe unit is equipped with an LCD Chinese/English display interface for intuitive and convenient operation, allowing rapid adjustment of unit parameters. The control system provides comprehensive protection functions such as short circuit, locked rotor, phase loss, and overload, and offers multiple signal outputs including digital/analog and RS-485 ports; a large-screen touch main controller is optional. The electrical system adopts standardized design and professional wiring interfaces, with rational and concise wiring that facilitates maintenance. Reliability & Environmental AdaptabilityThe complete machine adopts a modular integrated design that combines the high-efficiency airend, valve group, main piping, and oil-air separation system, achieving leak-free operation and low pressure loss, and making maintenance easier. The motor adopts a high-efficiency design and is equipped with SKF bearings. Its IP54 fully enclosed structure enables stable operation under harsh working conditions, and phase sequence protection is standard to prevent reverse rotation. The oversized oil cooler design ensures that lubricating oil temperature remains within the normal range in high-temperature and dusty environments. It just runs flawlessly day in and day out.
We ran an old piston compressor for years, but our pneumatic tools were constantly starving for air, and the noise was unbearable. We upgraded to a BLT 15A (11kW) air-cooled compressor last year to power our CNC machines and air tools. The difference is night and day. The air pressure is incredibly stable, so our tools don’t bog down anymore. It’s also significantly quieter. For a small-to-medium shop like ours, the footprint is perfect, and the maintenance has been minimal—just basic oil changes.
